Turnaround times depend on the property type and purpose. Desktop valuations are typically delivered within 24–48 hours. Full inspection valuations for residential properties generally take 3–5 business days. Complex commercial or litigation matters are quoted on a case-by-case basis. We also offer an expedited service for urgent requests if there are urgent turn-around time requirements.

Our valuers hold professional certifications from the Australian Property Institute (API), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). Our team includes a former Valuer General of NSW who is also an Acting Commissioner of the NSW Land & Environment Court, and valuers with over 35 years of industry experience.

A Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) is a valuer who holds current certification from the Australian Property Institute, demonstrating compliance with professional standards, continuing education requirements and ethical obligations. All property valuations undertaken by Sovereign Valuations are completed by CPVs.

We regularly provide expert witness valuations and written reports for use in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Supreme Court, County Court, VCAT, NCAT, the NSW Land & Environment Court, and many other courts and tribunals. Our directors have extensive experience providing expert evidence in court settings.
